Plans, billing and usage

Updated October 30, 2026

Settings → Billing shows your plan, your usage against its limits, and your subscription.

What are the limits on each plan?

Free Basic Pro
Operator seats 1 3 10
Conversations / month 100 1,000 10,000
Knowledge documents 10 100 1,000
Knowledge storage 50 MB 500 MB 10 GB
Max file upload 10 MB 10 MB 25 MB
Connected channels — 3 Unlimited
Conversation flows — 3 15

Prices are shown on the plan cards, monthly or annual (annual saves roughly 17%).

Which features need a paid plan?

The public Help Center, the AI assistant, canned responses, one engagement campaign, and the widget itself all work on Free.

Basic and Pro add: channels, multiple engagement campaigns so you can target different pages with different messages, Live Visitors, leads and lead routing, appointment booking, the Provider Directory, conversation flows, auto-translate, Operator Copilot, conversation insights and chat summaries, the AI resolution rate, GEO scoring and AI rewrites, frustration detection, and SMS alerts on escalation.

Pro adds: image understanding in chat, returning-visitor memory, and the AI Trust simulation suite — replay past conversations against your current knowledge base, golden-question tests, and nightly regression alerts.

How do I change plan?

On Billing, choose a plan and complete checkout. Manage billing opens the billing portal, where you can update your card, change your subscription, and get your invoices.

Only a manager can change the plan.

What is "AI usage this month"?

An estimate of the AI cost your workspace has consumed — autopilot replies, Copilot, translation, GEO scoring, indexing, and so on — against an allotment included in your plan.

It is shown for your information and is not billed separately today. It's there so nothing about your usage is a surprise later.

What happens if my payment fails?

Your plan shows Past due and you're prompted to update your card. If a subscription lapses, the workspace drops to Free — paid features stop and Free limits apply. Your data isn't deleted.

What's the Wallet, and how is it different?

The subscription pays for your plan. The wallet is a separate prepaid balance for pay-as-you-go add-ons — chiefly phone numbers bought from the marketplace.
