Paid feature — Basic and Pro. Requires a Questionnaire.
Add up to three competitor websites and see how your content compares: what topics they cover better, how well each site is written for AI and search engines (GEO/AEO), and concrete rewrite ideas.
Find it in Knowledge → Questionnaire → Review → Compare competitors.
What do I get?
Topic coverage — a three-way split:
- n topics they cover better than you. This is the list that matters.
- n topics you cover better.
- n where you're both strong.
For each, you see your answer and theirs side by side, so it's an argument you can settle rather than a feeling.
GEO/AEO score — their score against yours, by dimension. Score your own site first (Score your site) or there's nothing to compare against. See Writing for AI search for what the dimensions mean.
Suggested rewrites — drafts in your brand voice, addressing what they do
well. Fill in any [bracketed] details and adapt them for your own site.
Copy draft puts one on your clipboard.
Is competitor content added to my knowledge base?
No. Competitor content is reference only and is never added to your knowledge base or used to answer your visitors. It exists to inform what you write. The rewrites are drafts for you to adapt — they are not published anywhere and are not automatic.
How do I use this well?
Work the "they cover better" list and nothing else. It's the only part with a clear action attached: for each topic, either write the answer they have and you don't, or decide deliberately that you don't want to compete on it.
Don't chase their GEO score for its own sake. A competitor with a great score and a thin answer is losing to a plain page with a real one.
I'm at the limit of 3 competitors
Remove one to add another. Three is enough — if you're tracking more than three competitors' help content this closely, the constraint is your time, not the tool.
