The Wallet

Updated October 30, 2026

The wallet is a prepaid balance, kept separate from your subscription. It pays for pay-as-you-go add-ons — chiefly phone numbers bought through the marketplace.

Settings → Wallet.

How do I add funds?

Add funds, pick a preset or enter a custom amount (between $5 and $1,000), and complete checkout. Your balance updates once the payment is confirmed.

Only a manager can add funds.

What comes out of the wallet?

Everything shows in Recent activity, with your balance after each entry:

  • Top-up — funds you added.
  • Number purchase — the one-time setup fee for a marketplace number.
  • Number renewal — its monthly rental.
  • SMS usage.
  • Refund and release credit — when a number is released.

Why did my number purchase fail?

Almost always an empty or insufficient balance. Marketplace numbers charge a setup fee plus the first month's rental at the moment of purchase — top up first, then buy.

Keep enough in the balance to cover renewals, too. A number whose renewal can't be charged is a number your customers are texting into the void.

Why don't I see the Wallet?

Online billing isn't enabled on your server, or you're not a manager.
