Operator Copilot

Updated October 30, 2026

Paid feature — Basic and Pro.

Copilot is an assistant for the operator, not the visitor. It sits inside the chat console, sees the conversation you're on, and can search your knowledge base and call your live tools. Nothing it produces is sent until you send it.

Open it with the ✨ Copilot button in the chat header.

What can I ask it?

Anything about the chat in front of you or the knowledge behind it. Three one-click prompts cover the common cases:

  • Summarize chat — catch up on a long thread you just took over.
  • Draft a reply — get a starting point for the next message.
  • What did we promise? — everything committed to the visitor so far. Worth running before you close a chat, and before you hand one to a colleague.

Beyond those, ask it in your own words: "does our warranty cover water damage?", "what's the lead time on the 40mm coupling?", "has this visitor asked about this before?"

How do I use its answer?

Insert into composer → puts the text in your reply box, where you can edit it before sending. Copilot never sends anything on its own.

When is it most valuable?

  • Taking over a long AI chat. Summarize first, then reply. It's faster than reading twenty messages and you're less likely to repeat something.
  • A question outside your area. It knows all of your knowledge base, which no individual operator does.
  • Before ending a chat. "What did we promise?" catches the commitment someone made eight messages ago that you were about to leave hanging.
