The sidebar groups everything into four sections. Here's what lives where, and when you'd go there.
Conversations
Your operators' day-to-day.
- Queue — the home page. Visitors waiting for a person, chats the AI is handling, and your setup checklist. Click Accept to take a waiting visitor.
- Chats — your active conversations. This is where you reply, use Copilot, insert canned responses, and take over from the AI.
- History — every past conversation, searchable and exportable.
- Live Visitors — who is on your site right now (paid plans).
- Canned Replies — your saved reply macros.
Insights
- Analytics — conversations, AI deflection rate, ratings, satisfaction, conversation topics and sentiment, plus two work queues that make the assistant better over time: Answer gaps and AI corrections to review.
- AI Trust — your AI resolution rate, plus simulations that replay real conversations against your current knowledge base and a golden-question test suite, so you can check your assistant before your visitors do. See AI Trust Center.
- Leads — contact details the assistant captured, with status, assignee, and the transcript that produced them.
Knowledge
Everything the assistant knows and how it behaves.
- Knowledge — the knowledge base itself, across several tabs: Live Data, Urgent, Documents, API Sources, Web Sources, Google Docs & Sheets, Questionnaire, Chatbot Rules, and MCP. Start with How the knowledge base works.
- Help Center — your public, GEO-optimized articles.
- Products — a catalog the AI can recognise from a photo.
- Conversation Flows — scripted bot sequences.
- Directory — match visitors to the right person on your team.
Settings
- Channels — Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS.
- Operators — your team and their roles.
- Devices — phones paired to the mobile operator app.
- Billing / Wallet — your plan, usage, and prepaid balance.
- Privacy — redaction, privacy posture, and your DPA.
- Settings — the big one: account, widget appearance, domains, AI & engagement behaviour, and integrations.
How do I switch between workspaces?
If you belong to more than one workspace, use the workspace switcher in the top bar. Each workspace has its own knowledge, conversations, operators, and branding — nothing is shared between them.
