The Agency program

Updated October 30, 2026

If you build or run websites for clients, the Agency program lets you operate each client site as a subaccount under a single consolidated subscription — with your brand on it, not ours.

Everything lives in the Agency console.

How does it work?

  • One subscription, many client sites. You subscribe as the agency. Your subaccounts inherit a feature tier (Basic or Pro) from your agency plan — clients don't need their own subscription.
  • Pools, not per-site limits. Your plan buys a pool of sites, seats, and monthly chats, enforced across all of your client sites together. The console shows what's used against what's purchased.
  • You keep the relationship. Your brand, your login, your invoice.

How do I add a client?

Two routes:

  • New Subaccount — creates a fresh client site under your agency. Open it afterwards to verify the domain and run onboarding (crawl → ingest).
  • Client invite code — for a client who already has a workspace. Share the code; they attach their existing workspace to your agency from their own Settings → Agency. They keep their data; you take over the plan and limits. Regenerate invalidates the old code; Turn off disables self-join entirely.

What does white-label branding cover?

Branding, in the console: your brand name, logo, accent colour, support URL, a branded login slug (your own login URL), and the email sender name on transactional emails to your clients.

Your brand appears across your client sites — their widgets, their dashboards, their emails. A small platform mention is retained.

Can my staff work across all client sites?

Yes. Staff in the console adds agency-level people:

  • Manager — full control.
  • Operator — console access only.

They work across your client sites without being added to each one individually. Agency owners can also sign in through the dedicated agency login without opening a subaccount at all.

What happens when a client leaves?

Delete on the client site offers a real choice — and getting this right matters, because one option is recoverable and the other very much isn't:

  • Convert to a standalone tenant — removes it from your agency but keeps the workspace and all its data. It reverts to the free plan and bills on its own. This is what you want when a client is taking their site in-house.
  • Delete permanently — erases the workspace and every conversation, operator, and knowledge item. Cannot be undone.

Why can't I create another site?

Your site pool is exhausted — the console says so at the top. Add capacity to your agency plan, or delete/convert a site you no longer manage.
